He annoys the bully then allows the bully to kill him. He keeps returning and tempting the bully to kill him again.The bully will probably leave after getting orange or after getting red, and will obviously not want to become phono. If he does become phono however, someone might come along to kill him or he'll probably switch to a non-pvp server.
